What LECTUS Is
LECTUS is a stainless steel wool sponge for heavy-duty, everyday cleaning — the kind of job a regular sponge gives up on. There's one version of the product; color is the only choice you make, never the material, size, or performance you get.
Why LECTUS Exists
Most steel wool on the market is treated as an afterthought — sold in a plain bag, with no attention paid to how it looks or how long it lasts. LECTUS exists to make a genuinely heavy-duty cleaning tool that someone would be comfortable leaving out on their counter, in a color they actually chose, backed by product information that doesn't oversell what steel wool can and can't do.
That last part matters to us specifically: our own product pages tell you plainly that this sponge isn't recommended for non-stick or ceramic cookware, even though a softer claim might sell a few more units in the short term. We'd rather a customer buy LECTUS knowing exactly what it's for.
Where We're Based
LECTUS is based in Sialkot, Pakistan, and serves customers through lectusshop.com, including internationally.
