LECTUS does not require an account to browse or purchase. We collect information only when you choose to provide it, specifically:

• Contact details you enter at checkout: full name, email address, and phone number.
• Shipping details you enter at checkout: country, city, street address, and postal code.
• Your selected payment method (Bank Transfer or Payoneer) and any information you provide to complete that payment method — LECTUS does not collect or store credit or debit card numbers, as no card-based payment gateway is currently offered.
• The contents of your shopping cart and order history, stored locally in your browser for the duration of your session.

We use the information above only to:

• Process, fulfill, and ship your order.
• Contact you about your order — confirmations, shipping updates, or questions about your payment.
• Provide customer support if you contact us.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build a profile of you across visits.

This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or advertising cookies. It uses only the minimum browser storage needed for the site to function and to understand basic usage of the site, specifically:

• Remembering the contents of your cart and your selected color between pages, stored locally in your browser.
• A randomly generated identifier stored locally in your browser (not a cookie), used only so our own internal traffic reports don't count the same visitor's page loads more than once. This identifier carries no name, email, or order information, is never linked to your order or account, and is never shared with any third party — the resulting page-view counts are visible only to us.

If we introduce analytics or marketing tools from a third party in the future, we will update this policy to describe them before they go live.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Shipping and courier partners, to the extent necessary to deliver your order.
• Payment partners (such as Payoneer), to the extent necessary to process your chosen payment method.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only if required by law.

We retain order and shipping information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Cart contents stored in your browser are cleared automatically once an order is placed, or can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
